Scope of Work:

SEME Solutions have been contracted for the past 15 years to provide maintenance support for all health facilities in the Mackay Region. This includes the Mackay based hospital as well as regional centres. The maintenance service provided covers:

• Security Management Systems (SMS)
• Access Control Systems (ACS)
• Video Management Systems (VMS) including CCTV cameras
• Intercom Systems
• Nurse Call Systems

SEME Solutions also provide the following:

• Online maintenance tool to document all servicable items
• Remote access to speed up fault finding and support activities
• 24/7 monitoring of devices using specialised networking tools
• On call 24-hour support
• Standardisation of equipment and documentation of systems
